Custom Orders are the bulk of our business and we can make it easier if you have the files complete and ready to go!
HOW IT WORKS ...
Bespoke fabrication sometimes means not knowing where to start. You want something made, but not sure how to ask for it. Give us a shout or shoot through an email hello@silverbelledesign.com.au and one of our staff will be able to assist with all your custom fabrication needs. Make Sure you Include: Size, Quantity, Location, Deadline and anything else!
HAVE YOUR OWN FILE .. EASY!
SUPPLY YOUR FILE
Draw up a vector file – it’s cheaper for you and easier for us if you supply a vector file. Types of vector files we can accept: AI (Adobe Illustrator), Editable PDF’s, EPS, DXF. See below for our file setup guide to get a better idea of how to set up your files.
SUPPLY US WITH JOB DETAILS
When submitting your finished file please supply us with as much info as possible. The better we understand what you need, the easier it will be for us to supply you with an accurate quote. After reviewing your file, if we find any faults we may need to contact you to suggest changes or suggest helpful tips on how to improve your design. On the form is a quantity box where you can add in how many units you require.
INVOICE AND PAYMENT
Once the quote has been confirmed, we will get an invoice out to you and get straight into your job. Products will only be sent out when payment has been confirmed unless other arrangements have been made with Silver Belle Design from the initial enquiry.
